Dr. Franklin has an excellent team that helps make his office a place where patient comfort and optimal care are first priority. His team is comprised of pediatric dental assistants, who work side-by-side with Dr. Franklin to ensure a successful treatment.

Two scheduling coordinators will greet you on the phone and at the front desk when you arrive to your appointment. They work hard to keep the schedule running smoothly, so you receive the undivided attention you deserve.

The financial coordinator works with you on financial matters during the course of treatment. She will bill your insurance company and work closely with them to make sure you receive your maximum benefits.

My name is Paula. I grew up in Thilodaux, Louisiana (Cajun country) and attend LSU School of dentistry, where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. After practicing dental hygiene in New Orleans for 3 years and in Houston for 14 years, my "longhorn"  husband brought us to Austin. I was fortunate to be able to join Dr. Franklin and his staff in 2004. It is such a blessing to help so many children and meet so many nice families!

In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, exercising, and spending tons of time with my husband and three children.

 
My name is Courtney. I am a Dental Hygienist. I have been in the dental field for over ten years. I am originally from Arkansas. I am very excited about working with Dr. Franklin, Dr. Collins and staff. I enjoy working with people and helping children have a great dental experience. I also enjoy traveling with my husband and playing tennis.




My name is Nicky.  I am a Pediatric Assistant.  I have been assisting for over a year now and have learned so much. My long term goal is to become a Dental Hygienist.  I feel very privileged to be a part of this awesome team.  I look forward to meeting all our patients.

In my spare time, I like to workout, go to the movies, and last but definitely not least, shopping.

 
Hi, my name is Stephanie. I have been in the dental profession since 1996. I have been with Dr. Franklin and Dr. Collins since 2001. I’ve had the opportunity to work at the front desk and as an orthodontic and pediatric assistant. It’s such a blessing to know that everyday I have an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life.
In my spare time I enjoy shopping, traveling, outdoor activities, and my all time favorite, spending time with my nieces.



My name is Linda. I joined Dr. Scott Franklin's team as the Treatment Coordinator for the Pediatric Dentistry side of the practice in 2003. I also do insurance claim submission, patient billing and I coordinate the hospital cases. I am a registered nurse and love being part of such a wonderful team.  I am happily married to my husband, David, and have two beautiful children.

 

My name is Melinda. I am one of the Scheduling Coordinators. I have been with Dr. Franklin for over 5 years. I have enjoyed learning about the dental and orthodontic "world" since 1999.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and friends, riding horses, going to see movies and lots of baking.

 

 

Hello, my name is Lilly.  I am the Records Technician.  I completed dental assisting school in the spring of 2004 and I had the privilege of joining Dr. Franklin’s team in early 2005.  
I have lived in Austin all my life and I love it.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, David, and our two sons, Christian and Joshua. We love traveling, visiting museums and outdoor activities.
