Dr. Franklin has an excellent team of professionals that helps make his office a place where patient comfort and optimal care are a priority. The team is comprised of dental assistants, who work side-by-side with Dr. Franklin to ensure that your treatment is a success.

Dr. Franklin has an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who works one-on-one with each new patient in an effort to educate and guide them through the orthodontic process. She will go over costs, explain your treatment plan and answer any other questions or concerns. Two scheduling coordinators will greet you on the phone and at the front desk when you arrive to your appointment. They work hard to keep the schedule running smoothly, so you receive the undivided attention you deserve.

The team also consists of a financial coordinator who works with you on financial matters during the course of treatment. She will bill your insurance company and work closely with them to make sure you receive your maximum benefits.

Dr. Franklin thinks you will agree his staff is second to none! Everyone at the office regards each patient as part of our family, and hope you feel the same each time you visit.
My name is Terri. I am the Senior Orthodontic Technician. My start in the dental field began in 1984 with dental assisting school, where I chose to specialize in orthodontics. I am a native Houstonian who was transplanted here in 1999. In July 1999, Dr. Franklin invited me to join his team.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Robby, and my two children, John and Noelle.

 

Hi, my name is Robin. I started my career in the dental field in 2001. I joined Dr. Franklin and Dr. Collins’ team in 2002. I love working with such great people and having the pleasure to meet wonderful patients.

I am married to a terrific man named Kevin. We have a beautiful daughter named Madison.

In my spare time, I love spending it with friends and family and going out dancing.


 
Hi, my name is Stephanie. I have been in the dental profession since 1996. I have been with Dr. Franklin and Dr. Collins since 2001. I’ve had the opportunity to work at the front desk and as an orthodontic and pediatric assistant. It’s such a blessing to know that everyday I have an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life.
In my spare time I enjoy shopping, traveling, outdoor activities, and my all time favorite, spending time with my nieces.

 

My name is Melinda. I am one of the Scheduling Coordinators. I have been with Dr. Franklin for over 5 years. I have enjoyed learning about the dental and orthodontic "world" since 1999.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and friends, riding horses, going to see movies and lots of baking.

 

 

My name is Cheryl and I am the Orthodontic Financial Coordinator. I am originally from the Texas Panhandle but moved to the Austin area in 1986. I have a wonderful husband, Louis, and we are active in our church. In my spare time I love watching football, shopping for things for our home, and spending time with our maltese, Abby.

 

Hello, my name is Lilly.  I am the Records Technician.  I completed dental assisting school in the spring of 2004 and I had the privilege of joining Dr. Franklin’s team in early 2005.  
I have lived in Austin all my life and I love it.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, David, and our two sons, Christian and Joshua. We love traveling, visiting museums and outdoor activities.

 
My name is Jennifer and I am the Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator.  I have been in the orthodontic field for 5 years and I am happy to have joined Dr. Franklin’s team in August, 2005.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband, Jimmy, and our four beautiful children.

 
My name is Diane. I joined Dr. Franklin and Collins’ team as a scheduling coordinator in July 2005 after moving to Kyle from Kerrville, TX. I am married to a wonderful man who is Coach and English teacher at Hays High School. I have two amazing children- my son, Myles is a singer and songwriter and my daughter, Marli, is attending Texas A&M.

I am excited to be in the Austin area since I love going to hear music and it’s the live music capital and Bob Schneider is one of my all time favorites.

 
Hi!  My name is Allison. I am the head dental lab technician. I am a native Texan. I was born and raised in Austin.

I have a diploma from Allied Health Careers’ Dental Assisting Program of 2002. I absolutely love the creativity I get from the lab. My favorite part of my job is seeing how beautiful the children and parents feel inside and out after their treatment.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband camping, taking road trips, listening to all types of music and going to shows here in Austin.
Hi!! I am Kelli and I’ve been working in the orthodontic field since 1984. My husband and I recently relocated to Dripping Springs from The Woodlands.

Hello, my name is Christina and I am the newest Orthodontic Assistant joining Dr. Franklin and Dr. Collins team.

I have enjoyed working in Orthodontics for over 6 years. I attended SWT University while pursuing my Bachelors in Biology. I came to Austin over 16 years ago from Abilene and I just love it here.

In my spare time, I love to soak up the sun while relaxing by the pool or at the lake. The best part of my job is watching one’s self esteem improve as the smile improves.

 

Hi, my name is Lynda. I joined the team in January 2007 as a treatment coordinator and also do marketing for the practice. After receiving my dental assisting certification in Chicago, I moved to Texas and have been in Austin for 15 years. I also received my Master’s degree from SWT in Education and then
taught first grade for a few years. I am now happy to be part of Dr. Franklin’s & Collins’ staff and enjoy helping our new patients find their new smiles by getting them started with their
orthodontic treatment.
I enjoy adventurous vacations outdoors with my husband John. My children are all grown and live in Texas, but each night I find joy in being with my two shihtzus, Gracie and Griffin.
