Drs. Franklin and Collins have an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator who works one-on-one with new patients in an effort to educate and guide them through the orthodontic process. She will go over costs, explain your treatment plan and answer any other questions or concerns. Two scheduling coordinators will greet you on the phone and at the front desk when you arrive to your appointment. They work hard to keep the schedule running smoothly, so you receive the undivided attention you deserve.

The team also consists of a financial coordinator who works with you on financial matters during the course of treatment. She will bill your insurance company and work closely with them to make sure you receive your maximum benefits.
