Fees
In most cases, the fee for orthodontic treatment will be presented to you in detail at the initial visit, so that you may make appropriate financial arrangements. Patients who require a second consultation appointment will be presented with treatment fees at that time.

Insurance
We are happy to help those with orthodontic insurance to receive maximum benefits. If your insurance requires a "pre-treatment estimate," we will submit one for you. We will be happy to file with your primary insurance provider - all we need from you is verification of your coverage. Please bring insurance documentation (card, etc.) to your initial appointment.

Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For our patients wanting to make monthly payments (after initial down payment), we offer monthly withdrawals from OrthoBanc ( a third-party provider). Be sure to discuss your different options with the treatment coordinator at your initial visit.
